DMS Microsoft Office Integration

With Advanced Document Creation functionality you are able to create new MS Office documents using templates for specific layouts, like letters, memos and reports and automatically populate the documents with field data such as the document number, revision and title.

When documents are subsequently checked or approved, the field data and document headers/footers are automatically synchronized thus ensuring the details are always correct.   It is also possible to automatically generate a PDF version of the document to provide a simple and safe method for other interested parties to view the document directly.
